Minimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.

Soliant has an opening for a contracted Paraprofessional in theMeredith, New Hampshire area. This position is for the 2023-2024 School Year. Soliant offers Weekly Pay, guaranteed hours, and an exceptional Health Benefits & 401k package.

Qualifications:

Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.

Experience working with children.

Desire to help special education students.

Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.

Ability to support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) effectively.

Strong interpersonal and munication skills to collaborate with students, teachers, and parents.

Ability to adapt instructional strategies, materials, and resources to meet diverse learning needs.

Proficient in assessing and monitoring student progress through formal and informal assessment methods.

Knowledge of specialized teaching techniques, assistive technologies, and resources for students with special needs.

Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with students with diverse learning abilities.

Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills to effectively support classroom dynamics and individual student needs.
