Job Description

Established and stable Non-Profit in Hayward, CA is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a hybrid role with 2 days remote and 3 days in office in Hayward, CA. Posiiton is a very strong temp to hire opportunity. $85,000 - $95,000. 35 hour work week!

Qualified Candidates will have the following:

Degree in Accounting with 5+ years of experience REQUIRED

Strong understanding of GAAP, monthly close and financial reporting

MUST HAVE 2+ years of NON-PROFIT industry including Grant Accounting

Hands-on backup to Payroll and AP

Should be experienced with Budgets, variance analysis

Strong Intermediate Excel needed

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office in Hayward, CA and 2 remote
