The FSN Manager is tasked with coordinating the day-to-day responsibilities for the Family Success Network, conducting intake for the model, maintaining and convening Implementation Teams, monitoring progress of services, and generally liaising with the Ohio Childrens Trust Fund (OCTF) Program Manager.

Responsibilities

· Provides clinical supervision to Family Coaches, monitoring progress of project, collecting performance measures and working with OCTF Program Manager

· Conducting weekly clinical supervision and/or training with Family Coaches

· Ensuring alignment with the finalized Family Success Network manual

· Engaging families utilizing a strengths-based approach to gather an understanding of the families’ unique needs, provide information and referrals to local services as needed/requested by the family, explain the services available, and assess the families’ need for and willingness to engage in additional, more intensive services

· Convening and facilitating meetings amongst implementation team members

· Facilitating and supporting the development and implementation of Family Success Network services through coordinating services with implementation partners

· Providing progress reports as required

· Building relationships with the community to better inform local service providers of the Family Success Network and connect the model to existing services within the community

· Representing the OCTF at any required national and local trainings and meetings

· Actively engaging with family and child serving systems, including attendance at community meetings such as Family and Children First Council

· Serving as point of contact for the project for the OCTF

· Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication with peers, supervisors, and partners.

· Assures confidentiality of clients at all times and consistent with hospital privacy policies.

· Maintains professional relationships with coworkers, assures a professional and organized work environment, and complies with general hospital policy.

Qualifications

Education: MSW or Masters in Counseling required

Licensure: LISW or LPCC required, LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred

Skills:

Mandated Reporting Requirements.

General knowledge of family violence and related concepts.

General human development information.

Ability to use email to type reports and related documentation, access internet (Microsoft Office).
