We’re looking for an experienced manager of creative, someone who can inspire others while taking our creative output to a new level as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and be a prolific generator of dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences.

Primary Function:

Leading a team of thinkers and doers, the creative director will bring a mix of marketing expertise and business acumen to the role, promoting our company and those of our valued clients.

Creative Management:

Collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams to develop creative strategies and work closly with the marketing director to support business goals and objectives.

Lead and review the work of the creative teams for all online and offline marketing.

Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate ideas and concepts for campaigns, products, and initiatives creative concepts

Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, copy, art, and digital technology

Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies

Responsible for developing brand identity and Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape

Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, photographers/videographers in the strategic development of messaging and deliverables.

Prioritize work and resources across engagements, based on short- and long-term needs, and develop schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production artists

Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner

Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively

Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences

Oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables

Core Competency Framework:

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with 5 or more years as a creative director in an agency or corporate setting with a standout portfolio of digital and communication work that demonstrates high quality art direction, storytelling and a clean, contemporary design aesthetic within a variety of campaigns.

Strong strategic creative vision and able to create and design marketing/advertising campaigns — from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time.

Proven ability to develop successful concepts, manage and direct or the sequences to the final design stage.

Business proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Experience as a copywriting, Art & graphic designing,visual storytelling and production artist.

Full awareness of AI tools and developed actual designs with AI technologies.

Previous experience in the MENA region is a big plus.
