About the team
Quantum, our product, is a leading treasury platform used by the financial services industry around the
world to model companies’ financial business.
Oour QA team is already large, strong and experienced, but we need more experienced QA professionals
for strengthening QA automation and insuring quality of our product will sustain in the new
circumstances and environment.
You will have strong support in understanding existing Quantum product, great team-mates, pleasant

What you will be doing
The Quantum products are highly complex, work on them is challenging, but certainly a great
opportunity to improve QA skills to the next level.
We are searching for the QA Analyst Senior, with the experience with test automation, performance and
load testing, Database testing (mentioned specializations consider and/or).
You will:
Develop and maintain test scripts, following new development
Work with the Business Analyst and Development teams to understand risks level
Help creating new testing scenarios and view on how to test features in the cloud
Ensuring new scripts are included properly in the test automation pack.
Analyzing and reporting on the QA processes, with a view to ensuring continuous improvement
Assess the system’s behavior under normal and peak load conditions to ensure its stability and performance reliability
Test how well the software performs in concurrent environment and identify potential problems
Identify performance bottlenecks, such as slow database queries, inefficient algorithms and resource-intensive operations
Report findings to other development personnel in a structured and consistent manner, and be able to suggest improvements for some of the identified problems
Use existing performance analysis tooling and suggest improvements in their usage or propose introduction of new tools
Automate common performance testing routines
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree (Computer science or related field, or proven work experience in Software
testing).
5+ years of relevant software testing experience.
3+ years of relevant experience in test automation.
3+ years of work in an agile environment.
Must have proven experience in creating test plans and test cases.
Strong understanding of SDLC.
Experienced in CI/CD, Jenkins or similar tools.
Experienced in programing languages: C#, Java, Or C/C++.
Experienced in Api testing (Postman, Soap Ui).
Hands on experience with test management tools like Jira.
Must have experience in mentorship and onboarding of younger talents.
Proven English written and communications skills.
Abilit to learn quickly, to adapt quickly and manage time efficiently.
Team player focused on working towards achieving team/project success.
Ability to work independently with little direction.
Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
Added bonus if you have:
Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, Microsoft Azure cloud.
Experience with non-functional testing: Performance, Load, security.
Background with bank and financial software.
Understanding of BDD.
