Customer Service and Sales Support Representative

Position Description:

If you are looking to break into the cannabis industry, or already have prior knowledge in the industry, a customer service and sales support representative may be for you. We are looking for individuals that have only the highest expectations in customer service. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring customers are greeted as they walk through the door

Providing customers with personal knowledge and assist in the needs they are seeking.

Providing exceptional customer service to support sales goals.

Processes customer orders and payments utilizing POS software

Operate, maintain and close cash till and deposit end of daily earnings.

Assists management staff with daily operational needs. (This includes assisting in other departments when needed)

Maintain a clean and professional environment for patients.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Knowledge of the uses of medicinal cannabis and different consumtion methods

Knowledge of cannabis brands and products available on the Michigan market.

General knowledge of cannabis product regulations including dispensing procedures

Demonstrate the ability to operate Point of Sale and other computer systems while assisting patients.

Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Ability to work in a faced paced environment.

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)

Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
