Job Description :
Expanded machine failure investigation and implementation.
展機失敗調查/實施
Investigation/diagnosis/elimination of abnormality in production process and machine alarms.
生產過程與機台警報之異常調查/診斷/消除
Upgrade process capabilities & fan out (parameters/machine/tools) to improve production yield.
提升製程能力&Fan out (參數/機台/工具) 以改善生產良率
Job Requirement :
The vacancy require one to two years of training in Taiwan and need to continue working according to the contract for another 3 years . During the training period, round-trip tickets, monthly training allowances, meal subsidies, free accommodation, and transportation to and from work will be provided.

Education Level Bachelor of Electronics, Electrical Machinery, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Related Departments
學歷要求 大學畢業 電子/電機/機械/化工/材料 相關科系
Language: Fluently in English and Mandarin
語言能力 英語及華語口說流利
Experience in IC a test maintenance, process, engineering experience is preferred
IC封裝測試維護 製程 工程經驗佳
