Roles and Responsibilities

Your duties as TEACHER shall be as follows:

9.1 Conduct yourself in a manner which befits a teacher of on International School;

9.2 Continuously monitor student performance to ensure they achieve excellent results;

9.3 The school reserves all rights to perform periodic teaching evaluations on you through

classroom observations or student feedback questionnaires.

9.4 You must endeavor to provide to the best of your ability all academic guidance to the

students of the school so as to attain the best possible academic achievement;

9.5 You are expected to be actively involved in non-academic activities related to clubs,

societies, games and sports conducted by the School in the afternoons and also during

weekends or school holidays;

9.6 You are also required to extend your co-operation and work together with other teaching

staff and non-teaching staff to achieve the goals of the School;

9.7 To be punctual when reporting for duty and in your assigned classroom/lessons.

9.8 Maintaining good order and discipline among the pupils and safeguarding their health and

safety, both when they are authorized to be on the school premises and when they are

engaged in authorized school activities elsewhere;
