STRUCTURAL BIM MODELERS

Purpose of the Role:

Create and maintain accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for structural components to ensure coordination among project stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop detailed BIM models for structural elements using software like Revit, Tekla Structures.

Collaborate with architects, engineers to integrate structural models into project designs.

Identify and resolve conflicts between structural elements and other building systems.

Generate accurate construction documentation derived from BIM models.

Ensure BIM models meet industry standards and project requirements.

Manage revisions to reflect design changes and as-built conditions.

Provide guidance on BIM processes and tools to project team members.

Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency.
