JOB SUMMARY:

The Operations Assistant OSSO primary responsibilities are: to assists and coordinates inquiries, requests, follow-ups, and/or complaints of walk-in clients; liaises with internal and external unit in-charge to provide accurate information; policy & processes implementation anchored by necessary skills & competencies. Accepts reservation fee, down payment and month instalment from the buyers, remits /deposits the collection received as scheduled, ensure daily submission of productivity reports to Treasury and to the team leader. Accepts and reviews the documents and all requirements submitted for tagging.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assists walk-in clients (whose accounts are existing/booked) regarding their specific concerns whether they may be inquiries, requests, follow ups, and/or complaints.

2. Monitors all buyers requests and complaints resolutions.

3. Reviews and evaluates submitted documents for tagging and for booking

4. Ensures the consistency, completeness and correctness of the data in each of the documents submitted.

5. Accepts and do work list coming from other teams as a support.

6. Prepares and submits daily reports such as productivity report and daily collection reports.

7. Accepts buyers payments and issues official receipts on Reservation, down payment and monthly amortization in the absence of the cashier

8. Ensures correct and accurate receipting of payment and correct details in payment template file

9. Ensures that all collections received are safe keep and deposit as scheduled.

10. Coordinates with the concerned PGs the Updated Prices and Unit Inventories.

11. Expected to support activities that Team Leader and/or Department Head assign to the OSSO Associate within ones capacity

12. Maintains a professional image that is representative of FLIs quality service when serving clients.

13. Maintains the cleanliness, orderliness, and queue length within the assigned service areas/lounges

14. Attends to Open House and other Sales Activities
