Responsibilities

Managing and controlling accounts related matters and involved in financial budgeting, auditing process and credit control matters

Handle the intercompany transaction and billing

Overseeing and reviewing works done by the finance team (eg. Reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.)

Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement

Handle on HR related matters:

Prepare monthly payroll.

Prepare and submit monthly contribution.

Prepare yearly tax return report - Form E and Form EA.

Responsible for the annual year end closing for audit and tax submission, ensure its timely completion.

On time submission of SST report and handle SST related matters

Liaise with company secretary, auditors, tax agent, bankers, law and government department and other relevant authorities to ensure financial and legislation compliance.

Monitoring the administration work.

Requirements

Possess at least Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent, preferably with a professional Qualification (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/MICPA/CIMA).

At least 6 years of working experience, with 3 years in a leadership role. (Experience in audit and taxation would have added advantage)

Required language(s): English

Confident and good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-resilient and able to work in a fast-paced and aggressive environment.

Proficient in handling Microsoft word & excel.

Remuneration

RM 6,000 - RM 6,500
