Plumbing Service Apprentice

F.H. Furr, a distinguished leader in residential services, is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for individuals with an interest in plumbing mechanics and a genuine passion for making a difference. As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will dive into the world of plumbing, learning the intricacies of the trade. No prior experience is necessary, but a strong mechanical inclination and a sincere commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential. The fully-paid Plumbing Apprentice program begins on May 13th at the Furr Academy, located at our headquarters in Manassas, VA. This program is open to a maximum of 2 individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and Assist: Collaborate with experienced plumbing technicians to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential settings

Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner, attentively listening to their needs and suggesting appropriate solutions

Sales Support: Work alongside the sales team to identify opportunities for additional plumbing services or products that can enhance customer satisfaction

Problem Solving: Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues, ensuring customer contentment

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to uphold a secure work environment for yourself and your team

Qualifications:

Mechanical Inclination: Strong interest and aptitude in plumbing systems with a willingness to learn about plumbing technology

Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for helping people and a dedication to providing exceptional plumbing service

Sales Enthusiast: Enjoy engaging with customers and identifying opportunities to enhance their plumbing experience

Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role. Company policy requires that all drivers be at least 21 years old
