Job Positions:

Architect

Building Technologist

Environmental Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret environmental layouts and project diagrams

• Carryout environmental impact assessment of proposed projects within

Nigeria

• Carry out environmental audit of existing facilities within Nigeria

• Engage and supervise project studies, designs and construction

projects (an advantage)

• Carry out proposed project studies, designs and produce construction

documents (an advantage)

• Prepare technical reports and documentation of project tasks

• Work in a multidisciplinary engineering, science, technology team to

achieve project objectives and goals

• To be equipped with national and international environmental and

construction guidelines, laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Abuja, F.C.T ***

• Minimum of 2.1 first degree only ***

• 2.2 first degree but with Masters or second degree ***

• Minimum of 2 – 5 years of proven work experience

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Building Technology

and Environmental Science from an accredited institution

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Computer literate with proficiency in MS package and design packages

• Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team
