Role and Responsibilities -

* Managing multiple teams and ensuring coordination amongst them.

* Setting and improving existing systems and processes.

* Improving organisational preventative maintenance schedules.

* Ensure maximum uptime of rides and attractions to maintain customer satisfaction.

* Improve safety procedures and team compliance.

* Monitor and control maintenance costs.

* Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.

* Plan and execute new projects.

* Strong analytical skills to analyse breakdowns and guide teams on the same.

* Setting high maintenance team operations standards and training staff to follow the same.

* Prioritise work tickets and distribute them to appropriate teams.

* Plan and systematically schedule downtime.

* Negotiate with vendors for the best rates and service.

Skills Required and Qualification -

* BE in Electrical preferred

* Excellent problem-solving skills.

* Excellent in the planning of maintenance activities.

* Highly process-oriented person.

* Strong leadership skills in order to be able to lead a team and develop it.

* Excellent communication in Kannada and English

* Strong people management skills.

* Ability to respond positively under pressure.

* The capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures

* Good negotiation skills when working with vendors and contractors.
