We are currently seeking a dedicated Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $12 to $15 per hour, with additional potential for bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities
Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
Conduct follow-up discussions with clients to ensure their contentment while progressing towards sales closure.
Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
Assist clients in navigating their insurance policies and answering any questions they may have.
Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
Requirements
Licensing Requirements:
You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
Preferred candidate will have a background in insurance or office/customer service experience.
Possess active listening skills and an open mind to comprehend information.
Assess incoming tasks, requests, and inquiries to determine their level of urgency and importance, effectively managing time and resources to meet client needs.
Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge.
Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment.
Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
