Roles and Responsibilities:

· With minimum 5+ years of experience in the US IT Recruitment Industry as Business Development Manager/ Accounts Manager.

· Must have prior connections with Implementation Partners and/ or End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.

· Develop new client accounts for US IT Recruitment business.

· Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil

· Experience in handling a team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them

· Be accountable for revenue targets.
