Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Executive located in Mumbai. The Training Executive will be responsible for implementing training programs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness and will be problem solver for all the Training FMS's. They will develop and update training materials, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and ensure that training programs align with company goals and objectives. The Training Executive will also provide support to employees, monitor training progress, and maintain training records.

Qualifications

Experience in designing and implementing training programs

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Knowledge of learning management systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Organizational and time management skills

Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience in the diagnostic industry is a plus
