Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at Palm Exotica Boutique Resort & Spa in Shankarpalle. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. The HR Manager will also work closely with senior management to ensure the company's culture and values are integrated into HR practices.

Qualifications

Experience in human resources management, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations

Knowledge of HR laws and regulations in India

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other departments

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
