Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role located in Ajmer. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, delivering sales presentations, training sales staff, and managing sales teams.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Demonstrated success in sales, including customer acquisition and retention

Experience in sales training and sales management

Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include a strong work ethic, ability to work well under pressure, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
