The Travancore Heritage Beach Resort is a heritage property situated on the pristine beach front of Chowara. The resort is built with recreated palaces and 'nalukettus' of vintage Kerala to bring to life the age-old traditional architectural splendor of the region. The resort overlooks the Arabian Sea and a long wide beach of powdery white sand, and is located near Trivandrum, Kerala. The Travancore Heritage is a venture of Joy's Resorts and Hotels.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, managing reservation systems, handling guest payments, and providing exceptional customer service. The Front Desk Receptionist will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the front desk.

Qualifications

Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills

Receptionist Duties such as managing reservation systems and handling guest payments

Clerical Skills such as organizing and maintaining records

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
