Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive located in Chennai. The Field Executive will be responsible for conducting property site visits, identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Qualifications

Sales or business development experience

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work with a team and independently

Knowledge of the real estate market and trends

Ability to handle pressure and prioritize projects

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Proficiency in Tamil and English languages is preferred

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
