Role Description
This role is a full-time position as a Telemarketer at Assureway Immigration in Ludhiana. As a Telemarketer, your day-to-day tasks will involve making outbound calls to prospective clients, scheduling appointments, effectively communicating our services, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work performed at our Ludhiana location, but with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Experience in appointment scheduling and managing a busy calendar
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Customer service-oriented mindset, with a focus on providing exceptional service
Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:
Knowledge of immigration and visa processes
Fluency in additional languages
Experience in the education or travel industry
