Job Overview: The Golden Rise is seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant HR to join our Human Resources team in Hyderabad. The Assistant HR will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
Employee Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management systems
HR Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Employee Relations: Support employee relations initiatives and assist in resolving employee issues
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
Ad hoc HR Projects: Assist in various HR projects as assigned

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in an HR support role
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
