1.Should Handle a team of collection Tele calling agents and Supervisors.Should know end to end process of collection from allocation to agents till the deliverables.Should travel to the required locations for collection drive.Should ensure required manpower in available and the DRR is driven and achd on daily basis.Should ensure all the callers and supervisors are meeting their Target month on month.Should work and share all the required reports on timely basis to the process owners.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure all collected payments and charges are updated in system on timely basis.To Ensure timely case wise review is done for delivering DRR
