Brief JD:

1. Candidate background to be from Manufacturing Plant

2. Experience in handling 35-50 direct reportee's PAN India.

3. Proven exposure in resolving and handling Plant based issues - related to deployed manpower.

4. Possess strong skillsets in on-boarding to exit life-cycle.

5. Client handling, Invoice to collection closure.

6. Should be good in excel, analysis and reports.

7. Good in People management, Process creation, adherence and man managing skills.

Qualification : Any Graduation

Experience : 9 years and above
