Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter framework, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across iOS and Android platforms.

Implementation of various state management such as Provider, Bloc, Redux, ScopedModel to manage state management and data flow within the application.

Build and maintain optimized solutions for the feature which will support high load providing efficient performance.

Work with teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to define, design, and deliver new features in both iOS and Android.

Ability to build custom plugins and components which can be used in various other projects within the organization.

Understanding of firebase is must, Implementation of various technologies such as firebase cloud messaging, Analytics etc.

Implementation of Kotlin/Swift/Objective-C modules into existing Flutter applications to take advantage of Native functionality in Android and iOS.

Basics of Docker to create or alter app build pipelines.

Knowledge of Various methods in Distribution of applications in both Android and iOS.

Conduct thorough code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose solutions to optimize application performance and maintainability.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in mobile development technologies and best practices, continuously improving development processes and methodologies.

Understanding of Various API methods implementation within mobile applications in an efficient way. Knowledge of Authentication and Authorization is must. Basics of various encryption methods.

Ensure adherence to security standards and best practices while implementing features and handling sensitive data.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a focus on Flutter framework.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
