We're looking for a proactive and experienced sales executive for our team. The candidate will actively take ownership of our product, support business growth, and foster relationships with our clients. If you have a passion for sales, have excellent communication skills, and love working in an exciting, fast-paced, people-facing environment, you'll be a perfect match for our sales team.Roles and Responsibilities:

Interact with the prospective B.Tech/B.E/M.E/M.Tech recent graduates and pitch about our products and services. Must be able to close the deals and meet the given targets (month-over-month).Build a strong pipeline of candidates/colleges, maintain CRM details, continuously follow up and address the concerns of the candidates. Must be able to procure candidates directly through the colleges (B2B segment) or from the retail market (B2C).Must be able to conduct seminars/webinars virtually or physically visit the colleges for presentations. gain in-depth knowledge about our products and services so there is no ambiguity while pitching to the candidates. Must be active on various social media sites and other targeted platforms to reach out to the candidates. Prepare various presentation materials, email templates, and management status reports.Requirements / Qualifications:

Minimum of 2+ years of overall industry experience and 1+ years with Ed Tech industry (up skilling and professional programs related to job placements in IT fields).Must have a Bachelor (in any branch) Or an MBA degree.Must have excellent English communication (writing and verbal)Interpersonal skills and critical thinking abilities to manage the conflict resolutionFriendly and professional demeanourMust have experience with MS Excel, PPT, Outlook, CRM tools, etc.Must be passionate about the job role, committed and result oriented attitude.Must be open to work in start-up work culture environment (Go-Getter).
