The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share.
Responsibilities
Monitor and report on sales performance
Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve the area plans
Meeting with clients to determine their needs, discussing products and services, and closing deals
Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth, including identifying new markets for existing products or developing new products for untapped markets
Manage and coach sales team
Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans
Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities
Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Train, coach, and motivate sales team members to improve performance and meet objectives
Develop strong relationships with customers and key accounts to promote loyalty and repeat business
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience in technical sales
Previous industry experience
Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration
3-5 years of proven sales experience in modular furniture / interior field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to coach and motivate team members to reach sales goals
Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close
Working knowledge of CRM software programs
