Maintain Accurate Records: Manage and update comprehensive purchasing records and pricing data systematically.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports summarizing purchase activities, order values, and relevant insights.

Execution and Monitoring: Oversee and monitor routine purchasing tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Collaboration: Coordinate with user departments and suppliers for project-related purchasing tasks.

Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.

Purchase Order Processing: Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.

Delivery Oversight: Monitor and coordinate item deliveries to ensure timely receipt.

Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Electrical Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or similar).

MBA / any Purchase management degree/ diploma.

Verbal communication in Marathi, English, Hindi.

Must have knowledge about MS office (Excel, Word, power point etc)
