Duties & Responsibilities
Greeting and directing visitors and guests
Answering and transferring phone calls to employees
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Handle tax information drop off from clients.
Coordinate client flow.
Assist in preliminary data entry and document collection to support an efficient and positive tax preparation experience.
Skills Required
Bookkeeping Experience an Asset
Credit or Collection Experience
Ability to deal with public in professional manner
Ability to work well under pressure
Basic Accounting & Excel Experience
Education
Business related certificate or equivalent experience
