Seeking a detail oriented individual for administrative tasks in accounting department. The right individual should demonstrate good phone skills and professional communication with clients, ability for accurate data entry, Quickbooks experience recommended with general bookkeeping knowledge of AR and AP, desire to learn new skills and multi-task with various departments. An ability to work independently and complete tasks timely is key to success in this position. Professional appearance is essential in this industry.
