Construction Team Leader

Job Description

Montell Construction is seeking Construction Team Leaders & Crew Members to join our team! These positions will oversee project planning, scheduling, implementation, and job completion. Up to $40.00 in hourly pay!

Construction Team Leader Responsibilities:

Oversee project installations

Manage onsite crew members

Collaborate with project mangers, estimators, and clients to ensure project completion within scope of project contract

Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Oversee the proper use and maintenance of equipment, tools, and ensuring they are in good working condition

Crew Member Responsibilities:

Completion of project installation

Adhere to Montell Construction installation specifications

Safety compliance

Maintain clean job worksite

Operation of tools and equipment

Team oriented mindset

Education & Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction

Proven experience leading and managing a team

Knowledge of Windows, Siding and Decking materials/methods - does not require knowledge of all areas if you specialize in one or more trade.

Attention to detail working in a fast-paced environment
