Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our collision repair team! You will be responsible for helping customers throughout the repair process.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about where vehicles are at in the repair process and assist customers with navigating their repair
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Light bookkeeping. Previous experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
