**Overview:**

The Social Justice/DEIA Senior Project Manager will act as the right hand of our project leads, partnering with Frontline Solutions' most senior consultants who direct our most multilayered, high-stakes projects. The Senior Project Manager will keep the projects on time, in scope, and on budget, and generally ensure the health of the projects. Typically, these projects require working with a high-profile client, engaging a diverse array of stakeholders, conducting research, evaluation, and learning activities, facilitating strategy development, and strategy implementation support, while also coaching executive teams and other staff.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Oversee a portfolio of approximately 6 projects, ensuring their successful implementation, risk mitigation, and timely delivery of outcomes.

2. Collaborate with various teams to integrate DEIA principles into all aspects of the organization, including hiring, employee development, and company culture.

3. Assess current policies and practices to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that foster a more inclusive and equitable environment.

4. Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project goals.5. Establish and maintain relationships with external organizations and communities to support and advance DEIA initiatives.

6. Monitor and evaluate the organization's progress toward goals, providing regular reports to the leadership team and stakeholders.

7. Support the development and implementation of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies within the organization through facilitating a project management community of practice.

8. Stay informed about best practices and trends in DEIA, integrating new knowledge into the organization's DEIA strategy.

**Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a relevant discipline. A Master's degree is preferred.

2. Proven experience in managing DEIA initiatives, working with social justice campaigns, and driving cultural change within an organization.

3. In-depth knowledge of DEIA best practices, as well as a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities related to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.

6. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to DEIA.

7. Experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops on DEIA topics.

8. Passion for creating a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible society. Support for social justice causes.

9. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
