Job Description

Hotel Night Auditor 11pm-7am

This position will support the Springhill Suites and Fairfield Inn.Responsibilities:

Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager

Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required

Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay

Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process

Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as neededQualifications:

Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours

Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred

Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required

Excellent customer service and communication skills are required

Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is requiredAbout Company
