Pay

$18.00-$22.00/hour

No on-call after 7 years of running a truck (technician jobs only)

Vacation structure = Year 1 of employment: 1 week after 6 months, 1 week after the next 6 months. Years 2-4 of employment: 2 weeks for the year. Years 5-9 of employment: 3 weeks for the year. Years 10+ of employment: 4 weeks for the year. *Can get paid for vacation days if you don't use them*

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls, emails, and messages, providing prompt, friendly, and professional assistance.

Actively listen to customers' concerns, questions, and service requests, demonstrating empathy and understanding, and addressing their needs effectively.

Schedule service appointments for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services, coordinating with customers and technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Provide accurate information and guidance regarding our services, pricing, and company policies, ensuring customers are well-informed and confident in their decisions.

Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem, identifying the best course of action, and following up to ensure satisfactory resolution.

Maintain customer records and update the company's database with accurate and relevant information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Collaborate closely with our team of technicians and dispatchers to coordinate service calls, ensure smooth operations, and exceed customer expectations.

Upsell additional services or maintenance plans to customers based on their needs, promoting the value and benefits of our offerings.

Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement, sharing customer feedback with the team, and participating in customer service training programs.

Job requirements

Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus

1-2 years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a residential service industry

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult customer situations

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail

Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and general computer applications

Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, or electrical systems and terminology is desirable but not required

A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a passion for exceeding customer expectations

A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Ability to pass a background check

Must be authorized to work in the US.
