We are seeking a strategic and inspirational Merchandiser to join our dynamic team.

The Merchandiser will assume responsibility for devising and executing the merchandise assortment, strategy, and procurement processes across the complete omnichannel product portfolio within a pivotal sector of our company. This position involves conducting thorough business analyses, fostering collaboration with numerous cross-functional teams, both internal and external to our organization, and consistently presenting to the leadership team.

Responsibilities:

Craft and implement a merchandise strategy encompassing product assortment, pricing, product lifecycle, and procurement.

Observe and assess sales and market trends, then respond accordingly.

Plan and manage omnichannel assortments for key segment(s) of the business and/or holidays.

Delve into the specifics, comprehend their implications for the business, and respond accordingly.

Create strong working relationships with cross-functional team members and address inquiries related to their respective segments of the business.

Collect information, methodically analyze situations from inception to resolution, and communicate with partners efficiently and effectively.

Delivery engaging presentations to large groups and be prepared to facilitate Q&A.

Provide valuable and relevant insights during meetings.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

A minimum of 2-4 years of previous buying/merchandising and/or related merchandising experience required
