The work involves site prep, loading, unloading equipment, clearing debris, helping out your team members, and any other tasks needed or directed by the project foreman. $17 - $25 hourlyResponsibilities:

Perform electrical repairs in community areas, including lights and laundry

Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary

Complete general building cleaning and maintenance

Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed

Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building

Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility

Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required

Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks, etc.)

Undertake light installation or carpentry

Repair equipment or appliances

Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required

Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations

Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties

Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Ability to safely use common power and hand tools

Strong communication skills with property management and tenants

Self-starter with good time management skills

Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects

Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques

Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship

Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
