Job Description
Summary: Searching for an experienced Factory Engineering Manager to lead engineering activities, ensuring employee health and safety, product safety, and environmental protection while enhancing product quality and factory performance.
Job Requirements:
B.S. degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Process
Minimum of 6 years' experience in a technical field, preferably in a food manufacturing facility including maintenance responsibilities
Prior supervisory experience
In-depth knowledge of food processing factory and technology
Understanding of financial analysis and relevant business drivers
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project
Familiarity with AutoCAD view or Visio, CDM, AMM, ESAT, NEMT, NEST etc.
1-3 years TPM / continuous improvement process development experience
Job Responsibilities:
Define and monitor the implementation of the Factory Engineering team's plans and objectives
Propose and implement work processes related to Factory Engineering
Lead the Factory Engineering team to achieve its mission and objectives
Manage all approved capital projects
Ensure that all team members implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Ensure environmental compliance with Nestl? Environmental management System (NEMS)
Implement Asset Maintenance Management as Factory Maintenance System
Utilize Planned Downtime for Scheduled and Condition-Based Maintenance
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
