How you will make an impact

- Data base management of all relevant documents

- Support attorney through all stages of project work

- Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work

- Research and analysis of complex legal documents- 5+ years of relevant experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

- Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

- Should be knowledgeable of word processing and spreadsheets

- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

- Accurate, attentive, and experience handling sensitive or confidential information

- Legal Contracts experience highly desired

- Demonstrated knowledge of contract negotiation

- General familiarity with corporate governance

- Adeptness in Negotiate Contracts

- Command of corporate transactions

- Foundational knowledge in Draft Contracts

- Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) experience highly preferred

- Proficiency in contracts

- Practical knowledge of legal research

- Corporate ParaLegal experience
