Description: Soliant is seeking a passionate School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and make a difference in the lives of students. As an SLP in a school-based setting, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and munication disorders, supporting students' academic success and social development.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and munication skills.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams.

Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in group settings.

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support students' munication needs within the classroom environment.

Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.

Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.

Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in school-based speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.

Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Experience working in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations.

Strong collaboration and munication skills.

Ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and school staff.
