Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

Seeking a dynamic Director of Pharmacy who can also serve as the InterimPharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a 25-bed critical access hospital in scenic New Hampshire. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive community-focused environment, with a 50/50 split between clinical and operational responsibilities. We welcome strong candidates open to relocating to New Hampshire, with preference for those already licensed in the state. The ideal candidate will have a clinical pharmacist background, inpatient experience, and a minimum of 2 years as a Director of Pharmacy.

Job Duties:

Ensure clinical pharmacy services meet the pharmaceutical needs of the hospital

Act as the Pharmacist in Charge

Oversee administrative operations of the pharmacy department

Provide direct supervision for all pharmacy personnel

Required:

New Hampshire License (or willingness to obtain)

Clinical pharmacist experience, preferably in an inpatient setting

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Director of Pharmacy

Meditech experience preferred

Must be comfortable living in a rural area
