Special Education Teacher - School Year - Ashburn, VA

Job Description

Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.

Job Type:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, in collaboration with parents, therapists, and other educators.

Adapt instructional materials and methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

Provide direct instruction in core academic subjects, life skills, and social-emotional development, as appropriate for each student's needs.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for inclusion and differentiation within the general education curriculum.

Pay - $35-45/hr

Qualifications:

Valid state certification in Special Education (VA)

Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Special Education
