Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.

Assist with transferring and positioning patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.

Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.

Follow care plans and ensure patients receive appropriate treatments and medications.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements

Valid Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification.

Prior experience as a CNA or in a similar role is preferred.

Knowledge of basic patient care principles and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate and empathetic nature towards patients.

Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
