Responsibility for the general management of the company. This includes both full P/L responsibility and more specifically: production, maintenance, quality, engineering, safety, environment, continuous improvement.

Responsible for all legal requirements and representing the company to the authorities, community….

Manage all organizational and substantive aspects within this complex environment and play a key role in designing and implementing efficient and effective methods and processes.

Guide your management team to continuously improve both quality, costs and delivery reliability.

Keeping track of all the operational processes and inspires everyone to actively contribute to the development of an efficient organization.

Directly responsible for resolving site production, quality, safety, inventory, and cost issues.

Identify, evaluate, and implement cost-saving ideas to optimize operations.

Identify and develop employee skills at all levels to ensure the current and future needs are met. Evaluate performance progress through evaluations and direct observations.

Communicate clearly and tactfully, both verbally and in writing. Maintain good communications with on-site, corporate personnel, and business associatesQualifications

Chemical or industrial engineer who boasts 10 to 15 years of professional experience, preferably within the food and chemical process industries.

Experience in an international company

Gained extensive experience in managing production and maintenance environments. Responsible for the introduction of continuous improvement and the implementation of change management processes.

Strong people skills, real coach

Open to your employees and patient and enthusiastic communicator. Hands-on organizer who knows the difference between the production floor. As a true leader you bring clarification, take decisions and cut your knots.

Good knowledge of chemistry

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
