Job Title: SQL Developer

Compensation Range: $55-65 Per Hour W2
The estimate above represents the candidate's typical compensation range at the time of hire. Several factors may be utilized to determine your hourly rate including but not limited to years of experience and specific skillsets compared to employees in this role. Candidates typically start at the lower half of the estimated range.
This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: We are looking for a strong SQL candidate to help build a greenfield project in the finance/wealth sector. The job
involves analyzing and documenting the current flow and assisting in daily support. You'll also be responsible for
the development of ad hoc fixes and enhancements to keep the system operational while the new system is being built.
Experience in the Wealth Management/Capital Markets domain will be a big plus.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Must-Have:
3+ years with RDBMS, MySQL preferred
1+ years with Shell and/or python scripting on a Linux environment
Basic knowledge of financial industry concepts (e.g., instruments, trades, positions, corporate actions, etc) Nice to have:
Knowledge of AWS cloud environment
JIRA
Market data knowledge
2+ years of experience in NodeJS (or server-side JavaScript). Responsibilities:
Analyze/reverse engineer existing SQL code from stored procedures, scripts, and document flow to facilitate new development.
Understand and map source data fields from custodial and market data sources to expand and improve the platform's capabilities.
Gather and document requirements for future system enhancement working with both the business and core systems teams.
Work closely with the production team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.

Migrating off the legacy system
Mysql will use the newer technology tables - AWS tables called Icebergs
