We are hiring for a Business Development Engineer

Position Summary:

Develop and maintain Strategic Business Plans.

Develop and maintain Marketing Plans.

Manage existing customers.

Ensure customer expectations are clearly understood, communicated and met.

Ensure the best business practices are applied to benefit our customers.

Drive communication with existing customers, develop customer strategies and solve problems.

Develop and strengthen relationships with all levels of customer management.

Identify and implement opportunities to improve service and grow revenue.

Support preparation of proposals, meetings and other activities targeted at customer opportunities.

Education and Experience:

BS in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)

One to three years in Business Development and Sales or Equivalent Role

Knowledge of semiconductor assembly a big plus.

Excellent MS Office skills

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Experience working with cross functional teams in matrix organizations.

Requires handling of product or information which is subject to ITAR regulations. Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., a Green Card Holder)
