TH BENDER is hiring a Recruiter/Executive Search Consultant

TH Bender & Partners is the leading American executive search company with an (almost) exclusive focus recruiting C-level positions in the American subsidiaries of overseas based companies. We recruit executives such as CEOs, Presidents, General Managers and Plant Managers. Most of our corporate clients are based in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The Recruiter/Executive Search Consultant will identify, select, and attract the right professionals to fill C-Suite positions for our corporate clients. He/she will also assist with market intelligence and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Create (or participate in the creation of) the source list & research strategy.

Write position specs and candidate reports.

Lead and direct the research team assembled for the project

Identify qualified candidates for executive positions and initiate contact.

Manage the various stages of the search process including the selection and ongoing communications, in cooperation with our corporate clients.

Conduct (or participate in) interviews with qualified candidates as part of the selection process.

Facilitate effective communication with corporate clients, candidates, and other key external stakeholders (both written and over the phone/video, as well as in person).

Draft, edit, format and/or proofread documents such as communications, reports, proposals, job specifications, and candidate presentations.

Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information in the internal databases.

Key Qualifications:

Relevant Executive Search experience (minimum 5 years).

Excellent communication skills (oral, written and listening).

Presentation skills to present to the executive levels of corporate clients.

Self-confident and self-motivated.

An undergraduate degree or equivalent is required; an MBA or other advanced degree or equivalent is a plus.

Ideally proficient in German language but not required

Proactive team player preferably with experience working and collaborating within an international team in the USA and overseas.
