E-Commerce Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Job Description

Partners Personnel is looking for a Part-Time highly experienced and motivated E-commerce Customer Service Rep.

Responsibilities:

Help customers with high volume orders and questions.

Responsible for the printing of orders.

Provide detailed information about our product and orders and resolve any issues that customers may have.

Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders.

Answer promptly to customer inquiries and to any unclear or missing information on the customer supplied order via email, phone, and online communications.

Constant contact/communication with our shipping platforms..

Supports E-commerce team when needed for packing/pulling.

Responsible for printing orders.

Other tasks as assigned.

Skills:

Excellent customer service is a must.

Shopify experience a must.

Experience with Gorgias a +

Knowledgeable with shipping platforms.

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

Excellent computer skills

Bilingual a must (English & Spanish)
