Title: Onsite Medical Office Administrator

Location: Glenwood Springs, CO 81601

Pay: $18 - $23 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm MST

About the Role:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Onsite Medical Office Administrator to provide exceptional medical customer service and manage various administrative tasks at our Glenwood Springs location. This role involves handling referrals, patient check-in and check-out, DME insurance verification, medical billing, and more. You will be the face of our organization, catering to patients of all ages and backgrounds, including veterans and seniors.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and administer front office activities, including appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and payment processing.

- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.

- Assist patients with inquiries, billing issues, and appointment scheduling.

- Handle all aspects of patient check-in and check-out procedures.

- Conduct insurance authorization and financial counseling for patients.

- Process payments, manage accounts receivable, and perform billing research.

- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Minimum 2 years of office administrative experience.

- Valid driver?s license and clean driving record.

- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel) and electronic health/medical record systems.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Basic administrative accounting skills.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.

- Good vision and hearing abilities.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
